CHEESE ROLLS
HELLO FRIENDS! 
I am AFRA.I am the new member of CHEF REDA. Well this recipe isn't easy but if you try and make yourself do hard work with it  you will feel more tasty. So before we go on to the methods, lets get ready with our ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
1. 1/4 cup warm water
2. 1/2 cup instant mashed potato flakes
3. 1/4 cup butter
4. 1 tablespoon sugar
5. 2 teaspoons salt
6. dash cayenne pepper
7. 3/4 cup boiling water
8. 3/4 cup half-and-half or light cream
9. 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
10. 1 large egg
11. 3 to 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
12 .3 tablespoons melted butter


METHOD

Take 1/4 cup warm water and mix it with yeast, stir it well and set aside. Take a large bowl in it mix potato flakes, 1/4 cup butter, sugar, salt and cayenne pepper. Then add boiling water half and half at a time. Then put shredded cheese, egg, and yeast mixture and stir it well. Then blend flour to make a soft dough. Then cover it with a plastic wrap and put it in a warm place about 1 and 1 1/2 hours.

Take 24 muffin cups
Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with dough, cover lightly with a clean dish cloth and and put it in a warm place about 45 minutes.

Then put melted butter with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, spoon mixture over the rolls. Then  bake it at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

If you make it you will really love it and it is very tasty.
